P&F Solutions Acceptable Use Policy

  • Distributing or accessing child sexual abuse material or any content exploiting minors.

2.2 Harmful or Malicious Activities

  • Transmitting viruses, malware, ransomware, trojans, worms, or any other malicious code.
  • Conducting or facilitating denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems, networks, or user accounts (hacking, cracking, or password mining).
  • Intercepting, monitoring, or altering data or communications without authorization.
  • Scanning, probing, or testing the vulnerability of our systems without explicit written permission.

2.3 Abusive Content and Behavior

  • Transmitting, posting, or storing content that is threatening, harassing, defamatory, libelous, or intimidating.
  • Distributing hate speech or content that promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
  • Engaging in cyberbullying, stalking, or harassment of any individual or group.
  • Posting or distributing sexually explicit material without appropriate age restrictions or in contexts where it is inappropriate.

2.4 Spam and Unsolicited Communications

  • Sending unsolicited bulk email (spam), unsolicited commercial email, or unsolicited text messages.
  • Operating email lists or messaging services without proper consent from recipients.
  • Using our services to harvest email addresses or other contact information.
  • Engaging in phishing, spoofing, or other deceptive practices to obtain sensitive information.

2.5 Resource Abuse

  • Using excessive bandwidth, storage, or computational resources that negatively impact other users or system performance.
  • Running processes or applications that consume unreasonable system resources without authorization.
  • Cryptocurrency mining or similar resource-intensive activities without explicit permission.
  • Creating multiple accounts to circumvent resource limitations or restrictions.

2.6 Privacy Violations

  • Collecting, storing, or distributing personal information without proper consent or legal authorization.
  • Violating data protection laws including GDPR, CCPA, or other applicable privacy regulations.
  • Accessing or disclosing confidential or proprietary information without authorization.
  • Conducting surveillance or monitoring of individuals without their knowledge and consent.

3. Acceptable Use Guidelines

Users are expected to:

  • Use our services in a professional, ethical, and lawful manner.
  • Respect the rights and privacy of others.
  • Maintain the security and confidentiality of their account credentials.
  • Report security vulnerabilities or policy violations to P&F Solutions promptly.
  • Cooperate with P&F Solutions in investigating potential violations of this AUP.
  • Keep software and systems up to date with security patches and updates.
  • Use appropriate security measures including strong passwords, encryption, and access controls.

4. Security Responsibilities

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and systems. This includes:

  • Creating strong, unique passwords and changing them regularly.
  • Enabling multi-factor authentication where available.
  • Not sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals.
  • Immediately reporting any suspected security breach or unauthorized access.
  • Implementing appropriate security controls for data and applications.
  • Regularly backing up important data.

5. Monitoring and Enforcement

P&F Solutions reserves the right to monitor use of our services to ensure compliance with this AUP and to protect our systems and users. We may:

  • Monitor network traffic, system logs, and usage patterns.
  • Investigate complaints or reports of policy violations.
  • Remove or disable access to content that violates this AUP.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of this policy.
  • Cooperate with law enforcement authorities as required by law.
  • Take legal action against users who cause harm or damage.

6. Consequences of Violations

Violations of this AUP may result in one or more of the following actions:

  • Warning or notice of violation.
  • Temporary suspension of service access.
  • Permanent termination of service access and account closure.
  • Removal of prohibited content or materials.
  • Legal action including civil or criminal prosecution.
  • Reporting to appropriate law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
  • Financial liability for damages, costs, and legal fees.

The severity of the response will depend on the nature and severity of the violation, whether it was intentional or negligent, and whether it is a repeat offense.


7. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of any violation of this AUP or any security incident, please report it immediately to abuse@pafsolutions.com. We take all reports seriously and will investigate them promptly. When reporting, please provide as much detail as possible, including:

  • Description of the violation or incident.
  • Date and time of occurrence.
  • Any relevant logs, screenshots, or evidence.
  • Contact information for follow-up questions.

8. Third-Party Services and Content

Users who utilize third-party services, applications, or content through P&F Solutions’ platforms are responsible for ensuring that their use complies with both this AUP and any applicable third-party terms of service. P&F Solutions is not responsible for third-party content or services but reserves the right to remove access if they violate this policy.


9. Disclaimer of Liability

While P&F Solutions takes reasonable measures to enforce this AUP, we are not responsible for user-generated content or the actions of our users. Users are solely responsible for their own conduct and any content they create, upload, or transmit through our services.


10. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to modify this AUP at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated to users via email or through our service notifications. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated AUP.
